Bunkers and Drainage

Bunker sand has been added to 16 of 17 Bunkers. We have a blend of Silica Sand and Panamint Valley Crushed Limestone mined in Inyo County. Limestone gives the wonderful white color that has lightened up and made our bunkers exceptionally playable, used on many Tour courses. As we have very small pot style bunkers, they are all raked in the Australian Method and present a fun challenge.
Irrigation Ditch was installed linking the native area thru a french drain that goes across hole #4. Now Affectionately know as Ray Rays Creek it has helped alleviate much of the runoff.

Putting Greens

To re-establish the Putting Greens on April 2nd, 2025 we have Seeded our 10 Small greens with over 240 Million Bent grass seeds Tee2Green Crystal Bluelinks. Additionally after hollow core aerification we crushed cores reintroducing any available poa-annua seed heads and topdressed with a USGA Premium Sand.
Greens will be cut from .250 slowly down to .140 after establishment.
Approaches/Collars and Select Tees are being seeded with a Kentucky Bluegrass/Rye blend. Additionallya Blue/Rye/Fescue around the bunker edging.

Our most Fractured greens will take a bit longer Holes #1, #6, # 8 but can be rehabbed thru time and effort.

Irrigation Efforts are under way to help coverage and leaks.
